We know when stuff works. Our SXSW Party has been a big hit for the past few years so we decided to do it again, with a twist. Instead of grabbing bands as they roll down I35 on their way to Austin, why not avoid the traffic and have some hot Austin bands drive against the tide and visit us early?
This year we will have the Rocketboys and Quiet Company rocking the patios for one night only … they’ve got to get home and prepare for their SXSW Music Festival showcases. Catch them while you can! It’s cheaper than a trip to Austin and the beer is on us!
March 11th at 6:30 the margaritas will be frozen, the beer will be on ice and we will have some amazing food grillin’ up on the patios. All we need for it to be a party is YOU!

The Rocketboys headline the show with songs from their latest album which Paste called “one of 8 criminally underrated albums of 2009.” That album, 20,000 Ghosts, finds the boys working in the same vein as acts like Band of Horses, Arcade Fire and Explosions in the Sky, The Rocketboys mix history, a knack for finely tuned songwriting, and cinematic instrumentation.

Our openers, Quiet Company, have followed up last year’s Everyone You Know Will be Happy Soon by sharing the stage with bands such as The Toadies, What Made Milwaukee Famous, Los Lonely Boys, This Will Destroy You, Dear & The Headlights, Adam Lazzara of Taking Back Sunday, and Alpha Rev. Be sure to get here early to hear what The LAist calls passionate music that builds and flourishes and makes you happy to be hearing live music.
